For more than 35 years, Britcay has operated by one main core value which is to be a people-first company. In response to the novel coronavirus (COVID-19), Britcay has closed its offices and has transferred all employees to a remote working model. However, we will never stop working for the good of our community, especially during these unsettling times, and are available via the below methods.

As part of our measure to better serve the community, our Zest program is now available for everyone. Resources and content on nutrition, wellness, and staying healthy in the midst of this pandemic will be provided via the Zest website and on our Instagram page.

Payments

Premium payments can continue to be made by debit, Visa or MasterCard via phone, or via online banking at Butterfield, Cayman National, CIBC First Caribbean, Scotia and RBC Royal Bank. Please ensure that you select “British Caymanian Insurance Company Limited” as a bill payee and reference your policy number.

Alternatively, you may contact us for our banking details to make a direct deposit. Claims settlements will still be issued directly into a person’s account.

Pensions Holiday & Withdrawal Update

Please review ALL of the information below before applying for emergency withdrawal of pensions funds.

STATEMENT & PORTAL LOG IN

  1. When requesting a copy of your pension statement and/or online log in details:
    • Please email pensions@britcay.ky; and
    • Provide a copy of a valid government photo ID (e.g. passport, driver's license or voter's ID card)

Pensions Withdrawals

  1. All applications to access emergency withdrawal of pensions funds should be emailed to pensionscovid19@britcay.ky.

  2. Please note that at this time, all payments will be made by direct deposit only to a financial institution.
